Moment of truth!
Here are a few pics of how I’m doing on my fitness transformation! I found some biking gear on clearance. 🙂 who knew I looked so good in spandex! 😛
I’m so excited it has started to warm up so I can bike again!
In these picture I’ve shed 66.4lbs since January 2012! 😀
This also means I’ve
Decreased 9.1% Body Fat!
Shed 39.4 lbs of Fat Mass
Got rid of overall 34.75 total inches!
I only have 18lbs to go to be the same weight I was when I was in high school and a swimmer (solid muscle) size 4! (Pictures at the bottom)

I’m so proud of myself! I’ll never stop I’ll never go back to where I was before!
I have PCOS, and I have conquered it! I’m here to share with others its possible!
What made the difference for me was consistent working out & changing my nutrition. I don’t eat processed food, refined carbs, un-natural sugar, red meat, or GMOs. What do I eat? Lots of veggies, fruit, chicken, fish, beans, oatmeal, etc!
Take on a challenge and set new goals for yourself today! 🙂
