I’m so excited it has started to warm up so I can bike again!

This also means I’ve

Got rid of overall 34.75 total inches!
I only have 18lbs to go to be the same weight I was when I was in high school and a swimmer (solid muscle) size 4! (Pictures at the bottom)

I’m so proud of myself!  I’ll never stop I’ll never go back to where I was before!

I have PCOS, and I have conquered it!  I’m here to share with others its possible!
What made the difference for me was consistent working out & changing my nutrition.  I don’t eat processed food,  refined carbs,  un-natural sugar, red meat,  or GMOs. What do I eat? Lots of veggies, fruit, chicken, fish, beans, oatmeal,  etc!

Take on a challenge and set new goals for yourself today!  🙂

Here is a reminder of what I know many body is capable of achieving!

  2. I haven’t read your blog in forever (sorry!) But I’m loving this transformation! Keep up the good work and you’ll always be healthy enough to enjoy life 🙂

    • Sorry about taking so long to reply to your comment. Thank you for the encouragement! 😀 It’s been an amazing journey! It was always so frustrating, I’ve always been super active and outdoorsy and always moving, dancing, climbing, swimming, anything, I’ve always eaten mostly healthy… it was so frustrating to never get anywhere. It’s been amazing to see how just a few minor tweeks in one’s lifestyle and nutrition could make such a HUGE difference! I hope to start posting/blogging more about this, what I’ve done, what I have learned and helping others! Having to fight the hypo and hyper thyroid symptoms, in addition to many other side effects of the PCOS, was always so frustrating feeling as if my every effort was thwarted. Until one day it all changed when I made the adjustments of not eating any kind of refined carbs, processed food, un-natural processed sugars and avoiding any and all GMO’s, pesticides, hormones, etc. Amazing journey – watch for the post when I finally have more time for details!
